making-of-green-tea-cheesecake-day started off quite okay.
no one brought the recipe but LUCKILY we trial-ed before and roughly know when to do what.
it was really nice preparing the batter and all.
sensory evaluation was done quite smoothly.
what is left now is data analysis.
it started raining all over again.
i love the rain!
the arts alive thing at AS got many stuff going on.
i like the test tube name thing and the personalised-toast-the-plastic-and-it'll-shrink thing too.
i hope the plastic turn out nice....
today went out with my mum and sis...
we spent quite some time in the salon. then we had our dinner.
the whatever chinese restaurant at east point is so bloody expensive lah.
and the food there so-so only.

best part we spend 1hr+ at NTUC.
my sis and i acted like some idiots who never see the trolley before.
i finally saw the jelly ice cream thingy with my own eyes.
got the apple and peach one.. nice..
tomorrow's lesson is simple but i think it'll take up some time.
i totally forgot how to use those equipments.
i shall count microbes then.
i lost the hair clip that i JUST BOUGHT YESTERDAY!!
oh man..........
and i never use it before lah!
